Experience shows that many problems that occur while using Internet-based products are due to customer-specific configuration issues with the Internet service provider (ISP) software, desktop protection systems, firewalls, Internet filtering software, and local area networks.

To respond to your problem expeditiously, the support staff will need to know your name, school, site identifier (Thomas04), phone number, e-mail address, and the best time to reach you. If you are experiencing a technical problem, they will also require from you information about your computer platform, operating system (including the version being used), Internet browser, desktop protection system (if applicable), and Internet content filtering software (if applicable).

If your problem relates to a specific lesson (activity), please indicate the exact lesson (e.g., Writing – Language Usage – Pronouns, a Review). The support staff will also request a description of the problem. The more specific the description, the more quickly they will be able to identify a solution.
